7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Subject to the alternative dispute resolution clause below, the courts of the Portuguese Republic shall have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident in another EU Member State, you retain the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence under Article 18 of Regulation (EU) No. 1215/2012 (Brussels I Recast).

8. Alternative Dispute Resolution

In accordance with Law No. 144/2015 of 8 September, transposing EU Directive 2013/11/EU on consumer ADR, consumers have the right to resort to alternative dispute resolution entities. We encourage the amicable resolution of any dispute.
